OK, I take that as a challenge and I do have a little bit of work to do, minus the back pack. Racer pole touch, fairly tall and narrow stance, I am guessing you are a ski professional but not a former racer. Catch you again on more videos this winter season.

Long skiing with the best skiers and lots of training but never train gates maybe one week max in whole life. Soft and smooth. Skiing with feeling🎿❤️

@@miromiro Thanks🎵 There are many ski resorts in Japan. but sorry ,they are narrower and smaller ski slopes than yours.😩 Thanks to that,Japanese skiers have the high quality skill of short short turn.We are not good at long turn parallel. If you would have the opportunity of coming to Japan,I recommend you Hokkaido ski resort. Hokkaido has lots of ski slopes with powder snow and nice hot springs after skiing. Anyway, Look forward to your next up lode😃

she is skiing like 20 years , ski instructor around 10 years, skiing around 120 days per year, but if you want to ski like that , depends on your level and sport condition and age , in 30 days of train, you could ski like that.

You need to have some tension in core muscles or do some core stability exercises. Planking is good 😀 strong core is base for safe and happy skiing
