This one is checking all the boxes. Really like the simplicity of the manual overcab bunk. Less to break is better. I wish they would include simple manual override systems for the slides. Some brands have them, but it's not common. We like the backsplash (sorry Andrea). Assuming you could option the fridge as a two-way gas/propane system for folks who actually dry camp, this could be on my short list of top three prospects for the next RV.

This Class A is only 30ft? Wow! I love the fact it's small with a fiberglass roof. I appreciate Coachman for adding the 2nd awning. The exterior storage is nice. The 22.5" tires are a nice touch. I do wish the power cord was on a reel. The interior has an excellent layout for its size. I am okay with the manual drop-down bunk. One less thing to break. The one issue I can see with the manual function is that a short person may have a problem setting it up or putting it back. The dinette does seem small. I assume it's because of the televator. The kitchen is nice. I don't mind the backsplash. I do agree with Andria regarding the sink. It is low. I would opt for a convection microwave. The bathroom is nice. I am taller, so I don't think my feet will dangle while using the toilet. Great video, guys. I have to put the Coachman Mirada 315KS on my shortlist.

Very nice. At 5'2" I might be okay with the sink. I liked the washer/dryer prep. I liked the back splash (better than nothing). I liked the storage. Dinette was small. No cup holders! I don't like the folding bed but understand why. Not sure it had a slot for a CPAP. Would look for that.

I hate the backsplash as well and totally agree about the sink height. I deal with back pain on a daily and that sink would be a deal breaker. I get the need for the slide but put the sink next to the stove and then leave the whole L counter open for prep or drying dishes.

Andrea is right about the backsplash and the sink. I like the cabinets and outside storage. Wet bay is great. Flip up bed means you will struggle to put in a different mattress. First thing I do is change out the mattress on a new rig. Bunk over the cab being manual makes me happy. Electric systems are not fun to work on.

They mixed slam-latches and twisty-latches on the storage doors... That bothers me to no end. 😂

I spend a fair amount of time in the Galley and I love the backsplash and the placement of the microwave/ convection oven

I have to agree that the sink is too low, the backslash is too metro looking and the toilet is too high. But love the king bed and lounge chairs.

My #3 dislike, and this holds true for all RVs, is no window in kitchen. It's nice to be cooking and able to look outside. Also it delivers more lighting.

I'm very short, sink wouldn't be a problem for me. My hubs is a foot taller. He would hate it. My likes are 1) Outside TV in the back with its own awning. 2) W/D prep. 3) the height in the shower / manual drop down bed. Dislikes 1) folding bed. 2) The dark cabinetry 3) I'd stub my toes at the dinette. I wish the slideout was flush.

Wow I Love This RV But the sink is too low, and they should have put countertop extensions on both sides of the countertop. I do like the back splash (Sorry Mis Andrea) it's Not too much its simple. Love the bunk over the cab and even though there is no Outside kitchen I Love the size and the Layout. The toilet is too Hight.

The low sink is perfect for us vertically challenged folks! I like this motorhome - but it's not a 30 footer - it's 33'1". Still a lot of good features even for that size though.

Don't mind rhe subway tile look but prefer the staggered. Agree with the sink height being low. Where was the hanging closet space? Great drawers & the W/D area are stellar.

if it holds 500 plus a cross lowering bars i like this over the cab bed.

I like the kitchen backsplash. I dislike the Pittsburg Steelers wallpaper in the bathroom and I really dislike the raised toilet.

The less mechanical stuff there is to have to repair, the better, so I like the manual bunk over cab. I kinda wish they could do crank-out slides, too and manual televator. LOL. Low tech is easier and cheaper to fix. Not loving the low sink either-and it’s weird that the toilet’s gonna work better for a tall person. I don’t hate the backsplash, but some color/contrast there would be better. It’s a little too plain and matchy matchy with the furniture.

The specs put up say it is 33'1". Oh and Jayco called, they said the sincerest form of flattery is imitation. This is a copy of the Precept 31UL but Jayco does it better. No folding King bed, no cheap latches on the outside storage, wireless controls and a residential refrigerator.

They could have made the dinette a bit longer, but it would have to line up with the kitchen. Sofa sticks out too much. Go to the begging when the slides were in to find out what I'm talking about.

Matt can you address the issue with these King size beds. Standard size is 80” this one is 74”. I’m 6’3” they are getting shorter and shorter!

It seems like an easy adjustment to redesign the too low of sink and the oven side for the side. My thoughts on the dining set is it needs to turn into a dinette with chairs. When you’re driving you have 2 chairs up and when the slide comes out you add 2 more chairs. Coachman needs to make the dining table adjustable to help with this change. The interior needs a new designer! There are ways to update the vinyl floor, backsplash and colors. The valances are horrible! Does anyone else feel this way about the interior?

Matt: Nice small class A. As for the pull down bunk over cab bed, I think quite a few European RV’s were manual pull down. Still lacking the ingenuity of European RVs

I prefer the manual pull-down rather than the automatic bed. They lowered the sink for shorter folks, but it's interesting that it's too low for Andrea.

Hey so short and wide has its disadvantages (no Matt I didn’t mean you) .:. The sink is really low so the other part of the counter can go over top of it when the slide comes in; the bed has to fold bcz the slide comes a long way in - king beds rule except when they fold; the awning is split and separates the site from the door so that the slide can go out .:. Sleeps 6 (sofa bed), seats 6 (with sofa and one in the dinette) 👍🏽barely eats 6 (but it’s a pass) or go for 5 all around with the theatres; manual OHB is ok for me 👍🏽 storage stays up when the bunk comes down; split bath is a little bigger 👍🏽 I’m 6’ tall, all leg, so it’s a PPPP .:. Not boondock friendly 👎🏽 slides are in too far, tight to reach the cab, and no access to the bed; kitchen kudos 👎🏽 low sink, small cabinets (I’d trade for a smaller - or no- microwave since there’s an oven), half pantry and small fridge; looking for a WD (combo for more wardrobe space) 👎🏽 included (not just prepped) at the price point .:. It’s a niche, if we want to go to a park where length is an issue, but I’ll stick with my favourite class C .:. Thanks for the review M/A

I agree with Andrea about the backsplash. Maybe, if the grout was white instead of black ... maybe. Probably, I would take that out and put in what I like. It is odd that the kitchen sink is so low, even the stove is lower than usual. This is a 33 foot length motor home. Will it still get me in State and National Park Camp Sites?

I absolutely agree with Andrea on the too short sink , back splash is neutral , dont hate but don't love it either but i could solve that easily by using stencil to paint desired prints and colors . i do like over head manual cab because less to break as long as they were sturdy. like this motor home and price. The dark would contrast very well with the lighter interior. Matt your right about the table but since it will usually be me and just my hubby its not biggy. One thing , i got locked in a trunk for quite a while when i was a child so i am big on ventilation over the cab and if it were not for than i would buy it asap.

If I want a tankless water heater on this model can I get it? 6 gallons of hot water won’t do any of us a good shower and dishes.

I love this but not the backsplashes. How about subway tile? The sink is low and the toilet is high? Weird! And, I'd want a table and chairs. I loved the TV placement, the king bed, and the shower with the magnetic close door.

Hey Matt, Work those awnings.

Though it may be a difficult choice for many out there to have everything perfectly in place with their preferred design elements and comfortability, this floor plan may work very well with some who actually might prefer it considering its small size yet having everything. There possibly cannot be a motorhome/camper/RV which satisfies everyone with everything unless one agrees to adapt and then compromise on a few things for a while, that too with a specific price tag in mind and the way one intends to use it. I agree with the dinette being small and the sink being too low. Still not sure why companies put the toilet on a pedestal. Looking at the floor plan at 0:15 If i was the designer for this unit, I would swap places for the recliners with the kitchen unit and the dinette with the fridge. That way, the recliners would be directly facing the pop up TV behind the dinette. Also, it's pretty easy to make small pull-out brackets on both sides of the dinette to add spare cushions and make it a bit longer and a small table extender could also be added. This way, with the kitchen facing the entrance, it is convenient to serve food outside while camping and also gives more accessibility to the fridge. Great video as always Matt & Andrea. Back splash is boring and kitchen sink is too short. Mechanical bunk over the cab is a plus. The 4 seatbelts for the dinette is a plus for small kids. If you RV with another family. It's nice having all the kids sitting together on a travel day.

I don’t like the backsplash as it is blah. However, I have seen much worse. The dinette looks like it would be a tight fit for a wide body person but do think 2 average size adults and 2 preteen children would fit but not 4 adults. I would buy one and just have a small collapsible step so my feet wouldn’t tangle on the commode. The 2 low sink doesn’t bother me as I am short.

Looks like Coachmen cheaped out on the generator. What I've seen on other KZfaqs is that the NPS5500 is very loud. They do offer an "eco kit" ($500 extra)that cuts down on the noise, but it's still pretty loud. Most inverter-type gensets run a lot quieter and lower the rpms at low amperage loads. This one does not. From what I've checked out, this would be a deal-breaker for me.

I really like this RV, and Matt, that's a great price. I agree with Andrea on the backsplash. Too bland. Then again, most RVers customize to add their own personalities,... That would be my first. And Andrea, I'm only 5'2" and even I think that sink is too low. I love that it has a 50 amp power cord, but not having it on a reel is ridiculous. Honestly Coachman (or any other manufacturer reading this), that's such a small and inexpensive convenience. Innovation, organization and ease of operation are life in a business like yours. Ya need to look to European design and one up them.
