U can't do it yourself and I confirm I am almost two weeks post op after my lipo 360 with ab edging and I have to get help all the time for lipo foams and the garment !! It's not easy to do it yourself!! Thankfully I have a good support that I get help !

I know your message is old, so I’m not sure if you ever got your answer. You can do it by yourself. I normally put one arm through my faja at a time. I place the first foam on one side. Once that one foam is on with the help of the faja keeping it in place, i place the back board to the back, then I put on the next foam on the other side and put my arm through the other side of the faja. Once everything is in place I latch the first 2 hooks of my faja for front support before adding the ab board, you then place the Ab board in the front and start latching each hook of your faja all the way up. I also recommend putting a foam in the front before adding your ab board. Hope this helps. If not, there’s videos on KZfaq that shows you how to do it on your own.

@tammybrooke you probably need more compression, also it is very common tho lots of people have that problem
