-NO2 & -COOH are meta directing group as double bond is present in it . While -OR is ortho-para directing group as the group attached with oxygen has single bond and also oxygen atom attached to aromatic ring has single bond.

-NO2 and COOH are Meta Directing Groups. Reason : Double Bonds are present. But, -OR is Ortho Pera Directing Group. Reason : Single Bonds are present. Like if my answer is correct..👍✅

To, I think groups (-COCH3 and -CH3) ma replacement thase (according to reagents taken) but position same j rehse.
