With the layers its like a A line bob mix. Its a bob due to the length along the bottom being pretty even but the stacked layers in the back give that A line sort of style too. Not a pixie. Bob for sure with some A line style layers thrown in.

Absolutely DO NOT razer cut fine hair. Precision cut always makes it look thicker and does far less damage. Razoring fine hair destroys and strength it may have.

I have very similar hair (fine thin damaged) EXCEPT my hair is 3a and I'm losing hair massively due to medical reasons. So would a cut like that work for me? I have a chubby round face too

I have fine hair too, and pixies really saved my outlook on my appearance tbh. It’s not like hair is everything but sometimes it’s hard not feel bad - it’s not as fine as this, but stil. Cute cut!

You my dear are a vantastic hairdresser.My mom was beautician for 11 yrs and was really good.She had people come to our house on her free time and would do thier hair. It's hard it's hard to find a beautician that really cares.

I have natural blonde and now a bit of white thick-ish hair. And it kinks. Getting a bit of old gal frizz for good measure now too. But since I was a kid whenever I've had it cut (not that often), I have to ask for it to be thinned out. As I'm getting older I've noticed it's thinning in areas. No doubt I'll end up exactly like my lil ol mum (RIP 💔 ). She had a mop of thick red hair, that turned white by 50 and thinned right out in her 80s. Oh how she missed her mop! So to watch what you've done for this lady is so heartwarming: it looks so nice. I think I should stop moaning about having thick, unruly hair so much now and be more grateful for it while I have it!

Hm perhaps it depends on the hairstylist but i have fine hair and i never had luck with razor cuts with these thin ends. I love it for some well placed texture cuts, but with these thin out ends, I had to come in every 4 weeks to maintain it otherwise it looked bad pretty fast. i prefer not to go THAT often for a refresh.So in the end it looked bad for a few weeks until i had the refresh finally.

Taking the B vitamin, Biotin, aids in new growth of hair. Vitamins, specific for hair yield great results too!

It still looks very thin after the cut. It is because the razor makes hair ends look extremely thin. I would not recimmend it.

@@Shugie333 that went a little far... I do agree that the razor may not have been necessary, however, I think the stylist produced the look she was going for. The hair looks so much better - it would probably look thicker without the razor cut but it would be missing some of the personality it now has. As someone with fine hair I also cringed when the razor came out but at least she only used it on the bottom. At the end of the day, she is a talented stylist who made the client happy, which is what matters

Yeah, no. That’s not a pixie. Just because it’s a short haircut it doesn’t mean it’s a pixie. Too many hair dressers out there have no clue as to what a real pixie for women looks like. I’ve given up asking for them in my stupid town. My hair is now past my shoulders and I have zero clue what to do with it. 😮

Look up one of the first supermodels her name was twiggy she used to wear a pixie. As well, look at Halle Berry's earlier cuts. She used to wear a pixie.
