This is what I was aiming for last time best way to get loud DSG farts is to drop to first gear from a stop then floor it but shift at around 3k-4k RPM. Sounds much ear shatteringly loud in person 😅

😄Its not that loud on idle, I just don't rev unnecessarily to annoy anyone😅 Though with buildings close by it echoes!

Its custom just a muffler delete by an exhaust shop + no name catless downpipe 😄 stock resonator still in place

The engine cover on a 2018 polo gti.Does it just come off or do you need to unscrew somthing?

Nope its held in by 4 grommets. Basically a hollowed out piece of rubber thats popped onto posts on the engine. If you need to pull it off do it when the engine is warm as the rubber is softer and makes it easier to pull off. Hook your hand under the top corner of the cover and pull up, its pretty simple once you know where the 4 posts are.

From factory its not possible, the car has too much restriction you need a downpipe + muffler delete and maybe a tune (if you want) to make it sound like this.

@@nemurangoni2030 Yes correct Warranty is unfortunately voided, service plan remains. This car is pretty reliable though, so far 🤞 Without the sound I just dont see the point of buying this car.

At an accessories shop in Cape Town, Janjira but you can get them online too. The Golf 7 GTI paddles will fit this car too.
