Great video Bill, thanks for sharing Marv. Myself after 23yrs jail cat a,b,c and d, gang wars in and out, addiction, all sorts of madness. You know the one Bill. Which thankfully I've all survived, through all that madness the spice is the worst I've seen and I've lived an horror film lad. The spizzle is next level absolutely horrific. Big Respect Bill

There bloody awfull....first one I had was from the spice type smoke....I took a toke as I was sitting down in a chair and my heart kicked like something I have never felt in my life like a Bruce Lee kick...so it kick started my first panic attack and I couldn't breath instantly my legs when I say turned too jelly I mean jelly I was holding myself over the kitchen sink water pouring off me head sweating can't hold myself up gasping too breath...luckily my step dad was there who been through it all wise old goat..but he just switched the telly off switch all the noise down n just went "Your OK mate just breath...just breath gently mate your fine mate"....I said fine Ga im dying mate its a heart attack I can't hold myself up or breath...but what did it for me was how calm he was....he didn't panic he like just dog whispered me as I'm nearly turning blue 😂...but yh that saved me his calm saved me..but yh that was my introduction too panic attacks and legal high smoke is too blame.. lost a few jobs from panic attacks on site left tools behind n didn't go back coz was embarrassed...but yh just a share mate ...cherrs 👍

@@jshaw4757 they are debilitating mate and sounds like you’ve had a rough old ride with them as well pal. Have you learned to manage them now? I had my first at age 7 whilst at primary school which was horrendous and then they didn’t kick in again until my early 20’s and were the ones that really controlled my life as I became fearful of certain things and places that could trigger them. Was a very isolating time as I had no idea how common they were in society. One thing I can say confidently though is they are manageable if you learn how to. I’m now actually thankful for my anxiety because it forces me to look after myself and if I become anxious it’s an indication that I’m not quite on point with my health and is therefore protecting me. And that is essentially what anxiety and panic attacks are, the bodies way of protecting itself. Most people believe that when they suffer with such conditions they need someone else like a professional or medication to make them stop which in reality won’t happen. Support is good to help you understand these conditions better but what ultimately helped me is the realisation that we are the specialists when it comes to ourselves and we hold the answers to our problems it’s just that they need figuring out. For me it was the stopping of putting all the poisons in my system such as drugs, Alcohol, caffeine, refined sugars and carbs and giving my body all the nutrients it requires and boy that was a game changer! 🙌🏻 don’t get me wrong, I still worry but again that’s natural and something that doesn’t place my life on hold like anxiety and panic attacks did. Send me an email address and I’ll send you a fantastic book I used as part of my journey called get out of your mind and into your life. 👍🏻

@@jshaw4757 I read your comment and yeah, real panic attacks can be really nasty to the extent you think you are having a heart attack, I thought I was dying too even showed up at the hospital shouting for a doctor but it turned out watching my friend jumping out his window from 12 stories up in high rise flats gave me heavy panic attacks. I havent had one for a while now thank the lord and my wife who was there for me through it all, anyway m8, onwards and upwards. I hope you're doing okay now.

Just found this video accidentally. I've worked in childrens homes, young offenders institutions (briefly teaching numeracy & literacy skills) and psychiatric-units. I've watched kids grow up in 'care' start taking drugs, go into YOI's & prison, come back out, back on the gear, into psychiatric units & out on the streets. Hundreds & hundreds of times in my 30 odd year career. Once that bond between parent & child is broke & the child ends up in care it's almost inevitable mate. Drugs like heroin aren't used accidentally...they are used to block out everything. This bloke Lee sounds like a good 'un. He's been dealt a shit hand but mate it's not the hand you're dealt that matters, it's the way you play it (that's what I tell the kids anyway). Great video.

Listen Ive never been on the hard stuff like crack or smack, but Im a bad pot head. 1 of my neighbours off county road was a known crack head, he had a missus and kid, so I used to try and help them if I could. I was out at the shop and he knocked at our house, missus answered thinking he wanted a 5r or some milk as usual. He barged past her and ran up the stairs, I imagine to try and steal something, kids where in the bath at the time. Luckily me and my mate came home literally seconds after this happened, I ran up the stairs and threw him down 2 flights, I shouted to my mate, dont let him out of my house, he bear hugged him at the bottom of the stairs. 5 minutes later, hes outside on my step, covered in blood, I told him never come near my house or my family again, his only response was 58 times you hit me, your out of order. He hadnt felt any pain or remorse, his eyes and lips where fooked, to this day I have such a better understanding of people in the grip, the only thing on his mind was drugs, he took 58 blows and didnt feel a thing 😮

The main thing about crack is the comedown isn't worth the buzz.

You can't put a old head on young shoulder's. There are many factor's at play in coming into contact with drugs. How you deal with them determines your path. Abstinence is the thinking man's approach. Curiosity killed the curious. 🙄
