i have it its the theme song from the last of the mohicans i listen to it before i go to my meets haha. its the part when they go up to get the dudes daughters and 1 son gets killed the scene is pretty sick

with the glide you would gain 5-7 percent of your standing throws and i think its 7-10 percent gain with the spin. learn the spin you got time until you compete to win high school meets

Peope say you get 10%-15% with the spin but ive gotten 20+%
