In this part we're applying the following techniques from the Kata:
- Tate Shuto Uke - vertical knife hand block
- Oi Zuki - lounge punch
(turning)
- Tate Zuki - vertical punch
- Enpi - elbow (strike)
- Fumikomi - stumping (on the ground technique)
