It's true about Saturday Sabbath I have been spoken to from Father Jehovah in 2014 when I was chained to alcohol and had a demon haunting me! Father warned me that morning after the Holy Spirit revealed my sins to me that I am judgemental a liar and a hypocrite I was surprised because I thought I overcame all that and was just a drunk. But Father told me I must humble myself and then said If I obey no harm would come to me People were trying to kill me and people were getting murdered around me and even my newlywed husband after only 2 months of marriage! He wouldn't surr to God. But after I started practicing Sabbath in 2015 because I felt convicted, I started staying out later and later around 2019. I had a bad feeling something bad was going to happen because I forgot Father is slow to anger. But sure enough, stay out getting rent money order and shopping past dark, me and my 14 lb puppy was attacked on the bus coming back from Walmart! This dog was around 200 lbs! His face was as big as Sammys whole body! I went into shock and couldn't look back while the dog had Sammy. I just kept on pulling on his leash. And it seemed like forever but that monster just let go! And I took Sammy and put him on the seat and hovered over him! The dog started biting my arm but I thought it was strange I didn't feel any pain! Even in shock I knew I would feel something horrific! But nothing! I leaped with Sammy underneath me to the front by the bus driver and you know as I was screaming hysterically I only saw a little blood! It was mine and out of that whole ordeal Sammy only had 2 small bites to his right paw opposite of the attack and I only had 2 small bites that didn't need stitches! So you know what the chances of that are? 0 Sammy should have been ripped apart DEAD! I should have been ripped up as well with a dog that size! I saw a demon in the dogs eyes when he came after Sammy. But Father didn't punish me that night, He saved me with the angels. I wasn't sure even still because my faith was pathetic for a long time, but we had 2 more attacks after that exactly 2 months from the first one and this time i was walking too far from home and couldn't understand what i did wrong, and Holy Spirit let me know and thr last attack nothing happened at all because I was only going around the block. So I know absolutely that for those who don't obey the Sabbath but believe they love God, They are not Born again in the Spirit! If we are Born again and sin against God we will either be attacked by the devil or Father will chastise us somehow. We cannot serve 2 masters and when we sin we give authority to the devil! I have a co-worker that keeps the sabbath but I wish her tongue would rest then too. She’s very condescending and has a spirit of self-righteousness and jealousy. She prides herself on keeping all the feasts but is incapable of looking at her heart. The cup is clean on the outside but that inside ……😮 and you don’t want to stand next to her during worship. The question is who made sense. God is the God of the universe. His day and night is not confined to the sun light and shadow of the earth which causes our day and night. You go to the moon. Your day and night will no longer be 24 hours. But then wherever you are, you are supposed to observe Sabbath from sunset to sunset. For a start, if you are in US, you go to Norway and try to observe the Sabbath there especially from the month of April till August. Have a great time resting there by observing the Sabbath. By the time you return, your business will no longer remain the same due to non operation for months.

All my life, I've been a Sunday worshipper, debating about whether or not to keep sabbath is actually of no importance the last time I checked. @nat turner Yeshua for sure! But when He said that did He mean that it was no longer valid? Wasn’t He the Lord of the Sabbath from the very beginning when He instituted it in the garden? Does being lord over something mean it’s no longer valid? He is also lord over the rest of the Ten Commandments. Does that mean He doesn’t expect us to keep them too? The context of him saying that was the Pharisees were misinterpreting the application of the sabbath and they had changed the original meaning from when he wrote it. Yeshua is saying that HE wrote it and HE is the master of it, not them. If He came to change the day of the sabbath then He cannot be the Messiah because He also said in Mt. 5:17-21 that “not one jot or tittle would pass from the law until heaven and earth pass away.” If the number 4 commandment is now passed away then his statement in Mt. 5 is untrue. And if it’s untrue then he lied. And if he lied then he can’t be the messiah. The Sabbath was made for man and is one of the BIGGEST blessings he ever gave. Certainly we are not to believe He took that away from us when He said he made it for us and meant for us to keep it forever before man even sinned. Your not very clear about it. God rested from the 6 days of creation "work" on the 7th day. I don't see where the Bible says He rested or made Holy EVERY seventh day until he gave the commandments to Moses for the Children of Israel. I also do not find anywhere in the Bible that He gave those commandments (including Sabbath) to anyone EXCEPT those who were there with Moses and had been led out of slavery.

Yes, the Israelites should remember the Covenant made in the wilderness in Exodus. But what the Romans and the Chinese have to remember who never came out from the Egyptian slavery?

God's day and night were not because of the sunlight and the shadow of the earth. But if God's day 1 is equal to 24 hours duration, then it could very well coincide with Israel's Sabbath which has 24 hours duration. Now, if God had his Day 1, Day 2 ...., then it is fair to imagine that the time duration should be of equal duration because God's time will not be determined by the rotation of the earth in its axis or the revolution of the earth in elliptical orbit around the sun. 3. Now, God is the God of all people. And if we say one day is equal to 24 hours, then day and night is not the issue to determined the time duration. Therefore, there is no need to start the Sabbath at sunset on the sixth day in Israel. However, if sunset and sunrise is used to determine the duration of the Sabbath day, then the people of Norway will have to observe lengthy Sabbath day during April to August. This means the time period of Sabbath for Norwaygians will be more than thousands hours while for Israel, it is only 24 hours. So, how can Norwaygians observe Sabbath like the Israelites? Isn't the God of Israel also the God of Norwaygians? This problem shows that either the God of Israel was a liar and not the true God or Israelites are not keeping God's true Sabbath. Either way, the Seventh Day Adventists are in error because they are neither following God's instruction on Sabbath given through Moses nor do they keep God's true Sabbath. While a Seventh Day Adventist start keeping the Sabbath in Israel, his fellow Adventists in US will be working and his fellowmen in Norway will be wondering how to keep the Sabbath because God did not say look at the watch to keep the Sabbath. There is no way Seventh Day Adventist will be able to keep the Sabbath around the world at the same time when they all worship the same one God. Since Sabbath keepers claim they keep God's Sabbath while they break it by not being able to observe the Sabbath at the same time worldwide, the Seventh Day Adventist Church as a whole has errred and therefore, it cannot be the true Church. 4. History does not support the claims of Seventh Day Adventist Church

My dad is a Sunday keeping pastor. He's been a minister over 50 years. The Holy Spirit began drawing me to keep the Sabbath two years ago. My husband and I now love the blessing of the Sabbath! @@TotoPaulino First of all gentiles never kept the sabbath. It only was for the Jews. Second of all it was under the old covenant. We are in the new covenant. Thirdly, no one could keep it perfectly anyway. That's why Jesus came to fulfill the law and when we are in Christ He is are sabbath.

Jesus in Mark 2:27 said, we are not made for Sabbath that we should become the subject of the Sabbath like how the Pharisees regarded it. But now with the coming and dying and resurrection and glorification of Jesus Christ who is the Lord of the Sabbath, He turned our worship into a heart based worship in truth and in spirit and not a place or day based worship like Sabbath or Sunday (John 4:21-24). But here is the name of this book that has all 613 commandments and where they are found in the Bible or Torah and there is a commentary on every one of them. The Book is called BIBLICAL LITERACY By Rabbi Joseph Telushkin. I strongly recommend this book. I am for certain it can be gotten from Amazon. You asked what is the 24th commandment in Torah. It is found in Exodus 16:29.

Very soon though, this truth will have come full circle as it was first instituted in Eden, for eventually the entire world will have to make a stand, for God or man; for God's Sabbath or man's Sunday. The Sabbath, which was never disannulled at the cross, will again be made clear to the world. @@ralphquintero3350 Of course he kept the Sabbath PERFECTLY, because he was the only perfect spotless lamb that could keep all the laws perfectly so that he could FULFILL them. You should honor the Sabbath by doing what Paul and the Apostles did on the Sabbath. They are a great example.

Here is what Paul did on the Sabbath: Acts 17 Now when they had traveled through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews. 2 And according to Paul’s custom, he visited them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures, explaining and giving evidence that the Christ had to suffer and rise from the dead, and saying, “This Jesus whom I am proclaiming to you is the Christ.” 4 And some of them were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, along with a large number of the God-fearing Greeks and a significant number of the leading women. Is this what you do on the Sabbath? Do you go to the lost and share the Good News? Now that would be something to boast about.

Been observing it for sometime now . At first a little difficult because old habits are hard to correct . Also cleaning up what I eat . Was raised on pork but know now it is not for human consumption. Even Noah knew difference between clean and unclean .

Is the 10 Commandments the way to heaven? If so, let me keep the 10 commandments and go to heaven without Christ. I don't mean we should live in immoral life. Even the Atheists live in moral life.

@@soreichithung6383 just one question if yiu are married, do yiu remain faithful to your spouse because you made a vow or because you love her? Herein is the answer as to why we keep God’s laws. Romans 8 is a beautiful revelation of what the law means.

Are you saved by grace through faith? Or are you saved by keeping the Sabbath? Don't run away, give honest answer according to the scriptures.

Keeping the Sabbath does not save me nor does indeed any law, Paul in Romans 7 states how the law cannot save save us as it could not do what Jesus did on the cross. He adds that the law was not meant to save us. It was only meant to show us how sinful we are. It was to show us our problem. Paul in Romans 7:12 states Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.“ Why? it showed us our wretchedness, then He gives us a solution, Jesus. Jesus alone is the solution. So my question just as Paul asks in Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law. Paul says we died with Christ and resurrected with Him through baptism. We are new creatures and we like Him do not serve the law if sin and death. Therefore we keep the law, not to be saved but because we are saved. How could we go on breaking the law of God if we are no longer under flesh? Keeping the Sabbath does not earn me salvation, I keep it because God asked me to as He asked me not to kill, steal or commit adultery. For doing these things and others that God has asked not to do is to dishonor Him. So I gladly keep the Sabbath.

He (Christ) said if you love me keep my commandments. The first (to break) is lying or bearing false witness. Did you actually repent of your sins like you said when you received him? Then why call him Lord and do not what he say?

Joel 2:32 doesn't say to call on name of Yeshua but the Name of YaHUaH for Almighty Deliverance from all sinning. YaHUaH alone is Savior and doesn't do heathen human sacrifice, only animals. @@ddmound 1. Are your suggesting that you cannot be saved unless you keep the Sabbath? Well then no one is saved. 2. "This is my commandment, that you love one another". Jesus in John 15:12. I love it when you search the context of a Bible passage and see what Jesus said about His commandments. Jesus tells us exactly what he meant by keeping his commandments.

@@pamstaley24 the sabbath is the Lord God's rest He said. That rest today must end with the secret place. (Ps.91:1,15.) It says so right here. Do you see it? (Isa.28:9-13.) The double rests is from the curse of the fall and of the law. Its hard to see if you are not there. How do you read these?

Exactly! When I ask proclaimed Sabbath keepers how to keep this seventh day, they usually say to the best of your abilities. There can only be one correct way if it is in fact applicable to Christians and the apostles would have made it clear if it was a matter of utmost importance to our relationship with God through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

That's the bottom line, and the top line. Let us never put holidays before the Great News.

My standard is Christ in me , His righteousness covering me, Is Father commandments respected and obeyed by Him for us, our trying to obey is not for salvation it is because we are saved already and love God and our neighbors as He commands us to do. We will be judged by our believing in Jesus paying for our failures , our good deeds are as filthy rags, I defend the keeping of the Sabbath and all the other nine , because Jesus died because of them , and His death is our salvation!

He told them to remember it bc He had already explained the Sabbath to them when He first gave them manna (Exodus 16).

In Hebrews 4 the author addresses the issue of the Jewish day of rest, the sabbath. He sets the tone saying in v3: “We who have believed have entered into rest.” Hebrews 4:8-9: “If Joshua had given them rest God would not have spoken about a later day of sabbath (rest) to come. Therefore there is a Sabbath-rest for the people of God. For anyone who enters into His rest must also cease (rest) from their own works, as God did.” This is why Jesus said in Mark 2: 27 and 28: “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. Therefore the Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.” Jesus here made the case that HE is the Sabbath-rest long predicted with each day off every Jewish person took through the centuries. HE is the Sabbath-rest who was made for man because that Sabbath day off was made for man - and so was He. With each bull and goat and sheep and bird offered as a blood sacrifice it spoke to a time where a final sacrifice would be made to bring a rest between God and human kind once and for all. Jesus is that rest. Jesus brought that Sabbath-rest. But to enter into His rest, you have to cease from your own works. You have to accept the grace. And once accepted, you can’t go back to working formulas to find peace with God the Father. Once you have Jesus, as Paul stated in Romans 8: 32, you have all things. This is why Paul in his letters to the Corinthians and Colossians and as we see in Hebrews, the teaching that Jesus is our Sabbath-rest, which makes every effort on our part to make peace with the Father obsolete. Jesus is all we need. Once we have Him, it is proof we have ceased from our own works (efforts) to get to God.

@@thembandlovu3344 Correct! God told Abraham and his descendants to be circumcised. However we are spiritual Israelites and circumcision of the heart is required under the new covenant. Let’s be clear also about one important fact that you are also misunderstanding, the Sabbath was not established for Israelites when the Ten Commandments were given but has always I insist ALWAYS been there since creation. God created the earth and rested on the seventh day and blessed it. It is His holy day(not yours to change or disregard) and we are required to keep it the way He set it as a commemoration that He is the creator. God interested us to always keep it and by the way it is a fact that it will be kept in heaven i.e life after earth. Oh and none of these facts I have just stated to you have I gotten from Ellen G White. Just plain truth from the Bible.
