To be එක්ක past t.verb ekak ආවම මොකක්ද තේරුම.Ex.soldires seemed to be killed in front of their eyes. මේ පොතේ මෙහෙම ගොඩක් තියෙනවා .මේ සම්බන්ධ ව lesson ekak kala හැකිද.

Yeah, We often use 'should have' for regrets . We can use 'could have' for regrets as well.
