In Biotechnology and its application chapter . Micropropagation and totipotency and some other concepts have been added in new NCERT. There are slight changes in few other chapters too.

mam, there are actually a few changes from old to new. for example, in biological classification, virus part, there are changes. But yeah, it will be better to use old ncert and access the new as pdf from internet.
