I dont unless invited out of respect for there space and what might be said or done. Like i said if invited and its cool lots of black folk would attend. Being black you see the awkward looks just going into some stores, but again some of the women I encounter are very nice and respect-able. I was and raised in LA so ive had many many Mexican guys I've chilled with played sports on teams together all that. Some people you just can't change they view of others even for peace and prosperity which should be the ultimate goal other than God! I just see petty things as 💩starting because everything require motivation and factoring. Overall pettiness shouldn't take over peace and prosperity!

The funny thing my brother is I’m from Los Angeles originally and now resides in Alabama and I don’t see any racism here. Moved here in 92. What I realized is in the South they have an understanding of one another unlike Los Angeles. Those who do harbor racism stay away from blks. They don’t deal with one another it’s an understanding. In Los Angeles you have individuals harboring racism but will pretend to be your friend and smile in your face. That’s the difference between The South and Los Angeles in that situation.

Which Mexicans because it was only one Honduran guy. Another title "Tariq Nasheed Exposes Latinos For Doing The UNTHINKABLE To Blacks". Another title "Mexicans feel Snubbed at Kendrick's Epic Concert?", and "Mexicans Disappointed in Not Being Represented At Kendrick Lamar JuneTeenth Concert". As a 50 year old man, there are so many things about this subject that I take issue with. Growing up in South Central in the early 80's, I remember in Elementary School learning not only about Cinco De Mayo, but being happy about learning the choreography for the Mexican Hat Dance on Cinco De Mayo. I remember learning about the Irish holiday St. Patrick's Day, and not to be caught not wearing green. Here it is in 2024, and fully grown adults have not been taught and have very little knowledge of Black culture. Hell, a three second Google search could have given him all the information he needed about Juneteenth; but because the day holds no significance to him, it wasn't worth the time doing so. My other issue is the presumption that Black people were excluding Latinos from the celebration, rather than including in that conversation "Do you think the fact that we don't reach out to them could be the reason they didn't reach out to us???" . Instead, they put the onus on the Black community. In this country, a lot of Latinos have culturally, racially, and politically separated themselves from us. Seems to me that they have drawn their line in the sand, and most Latinos have not and probably will not publicly check them about it. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Latinos in LA press black artists because they feel they deserve a gold medal for buying black music. Latinos are also big audiences for the Dodgers, Niners, Raiders, Lakers, & Cowboys. Why Mexicans never press the white man for those sport teams I just named that Latinos heavily support, but chirp loudly when they buy black American music?

It was a Black Holiday. It shouldn’t be no type of debate about it. Plus the fact Eyekon didn’t even know what Juneteenth was as he said in his own words, tells a lot . It shouldn’t be no type of debate at all. I can see if it was random a show for LA & they didn’t invite Mexican artists. But this was literally a Black Holiday. Plus let’s not forget the one last year ended early cause it got shot up. This Year it was a complete 180, peaceful & an event that brought dudes together from different hoods & no type of bullshit or violence happened. For Eyekon to say some so stupid and overlook all of that & to not even know what the holiday is, but supposedly listens to Hip Hop, makes me lose so much respect for that guy smh.

Spider has already took a stance against Mexicans, saying he doesn’t feel a reason why they should be included with anybody black are doing… I don’t know why he took such a strong stance? When he’s said that they had openly rooting for him and could count on their support… he decided to throw that away, so I’m puzzled by the invitation? There’s no actual logical reason what he’ll get in response…
