Grealish wasn't picked because he's out of form and played terrible this year. The side was unbalanced, Trippier keeps cutting inside because he's right footed, Trent hasn't the experience to play in central mid and is wasted there, Foden should be playing where he plays for City, move Jude back alongside Rice, Watkins instead of Kane, Gordon on the left might allow Trippier to move forward a bit more, Wharton and Gallagher to start and you still have Palmer to either start or come on to freshen things up.
