If we go anywhere then it needs to be down with the ADDITIONAL of extra assets. Moving up will cost us assets we just really don't have.

Would love either of Elick or Hage at 25. Not sure who will actually be there at that point but anyone from the top 10 and one of these guys would be a successful draft in my mind

Use that 2nd round pick to offer sheet Kappo Kakko @ 3.2 million. The Rangers won't be able to fit that in their cap situation. Thats if they are able to move Joseph.

Caps fan here, at 17 was eyeing Chernyshov, hemming, Luchanko, and even Letourneau(high risk) as my preferred picks for caps and leaning towards hemming as my first choice for Caps pick. Am I just to high on hemming?

I think you should be moving your pick for a high end Right shot,Right side,defenceman.There is Ilya Samsonov in Toronto,a UFA,I wouldnt move uour first rounder for Samsonov.Then look at moving Forsberg,and possibly Korpisalo.Ottawa is going to have to move some players and increase their cap space by at least 2.5 million. The Norris contract should be moved,I suggested Jason Dickinson in Chicago.Chicago would take Norris.Some things to think about.Use this years draft to acquire pieces that are missing.

@@naf1011 talent wise but reminds me of Matt Dumba - won't hit his potential. When I hear him talk, it's clear he knows his defensive abilities aren't anywhere close to his offence. I'd rather have someone as smart and mature as Buium. Buium is NHL ready much sooner - maybe as early as this year
