I think Jacob is not disqualified but it should be a game 7 cause 1 he used equipment and 2 cause olly should of won game 3 cause the puck crossed the line

Page 45 section 2qc, states no modded equipment. Jacob is seen wearing plain equipment. That is no violation and after review the equipment was simply to protect knees and had no difference on the outcome of the game.

in artical 3 section 2qb of the otb mini stick series rule book, it clearly states no equitment usage other than helmet, stick, and gloves ARE NOT ALLOWED!!!. clothing like sweatpants is allowed you just cant wear more than 1 pair then that would be padding. i think Olly should come away with this DUB. but i think Jacob deserves Game 7. a heartbreaking loss last year id like to see him bounce back. make it 1 series to 1 series!

Those kneepads are not modded. They are just Kneepads. It's not like Jacob changed or added anything onto kneepads.

Most physical game of the series boys. Good work. Anyway, you both break the rules a LOT. No sticks above the waist... this happens 1/3 of the time in your games. I want to see a game 7, but I believe is the rule is no modded equipment, not no equipment. Otherwise, the helmet, the gloves... not allowed. PS - High stick resulting in a penalty shot goal was not good. Jacob was laying on the ground, the stick was not high, the face was low :)

Olly wearing a helmet is valid because he’s showing his equipment pre game. Jacobs equipment is pretty modded because it’s hidden and underneath his jeans. Game 6 is for sure a DQ and we go to game 7

This is a rule that should probably be discussed at the next GM's meetings, and possibly tweeked to included the wearing of "equipment". "Equipment" will also need to be defined. It's fair, the rule book clearly states that it is ONLY modded equipment, like what Jacob said. So technically you could wear full equipment as long as there was no tampering. Jacob Ardown is your 2021 Mini Stick Champion.
