Hi Jack, thank you for your feedback! The way I suggest if you understood it correctly should actually be the healthiest, mainly psychologically,because we need to feel and understand and want to do what we are doing most of the time(Nichnas zeinin),and yet we still do the things we need to do when we don't feel like doing it,and it's okay because it only happens sometimes,(Yotzei zeinin)
