Man I love The VIT interior, & the 8 bag air ride, & rare to see jake brakes on Cummins in that Era. The clock really blew my mind, I've never seen one with the clock. You weren't kidding about it being a highly optioned truck. Hope y'all get it & get her rolling again.

Very NICE K100 , Large Car back in 83 , thats was about the time the lenght laes were "" Relaxed"" and everyone was going to Hoods , Hope your can work a deal and Save it , thanks for the video 👍👍

@CLGarage glad you hear that. I had a 77 peterbilt cab over I had to sell it my wife died a had to pay bills it was a small bunk it had a 3406 a model 13 speed and it had factory spot lights. I bought it in 79 still drove it till 2023 when my wife passed I sure miss both of them. Good luck on yours hope it all works out for you

Since our channel was started I have had the pleasure of hearing some great stories about the trucks that were owned and driven. Me too, it would the first double bunk in the fleet. I let an aerodyne slip through my fingers last year that was close to me and I regret it.

I have a 92 T800 with AG100 suspension. Changed all 8 bags. The ones under the fifth wheel were the biggest challenge. Had a 78 K100 with Torsion bar suspension. That was an interesting ride

Yes, with those Ag100 bags by the time you get to the fifth one you’re ready to be done. I will say I’ve seen the torsion bar suspension before but have never had the pleasure of working on one.

@@CLGarage They ride good. But you have to keep them greased and tuned. Ebay has those air bags. I bought all of mine for 360$ The brackets you can get from Stengel Bros for 20$ the aluminum blocks on the inside of the bracket is cheaper to get Aluminum bar stock and cut them yourself

Maybe one of the older narrow freightliner cabovers would be the closest thing. Or one of the older 50’s style Chevy, or ford cabovers would work
