Would like to add just one thing. When Khalsa was created, out five most were out of Punjab. They were from all over India. They were those Hindustanis who had courage to be offer themselves to be blessed for being Khalsa. So Khalsa has roots all over India. Out of all differences if one thing that could be the base of unity of Bharat, in my understanding, is Khalsa.

Although I disagree with him, the guy is 100000000000 times more logical and level headed than the joker "pols aayi pols". 1. He understands the geo-politico-economic impracticality of khalistan 2. India is not big enough for Khalsa. Wherever the Khalsa live, that place is Khalistan. When Khalsa lives all over the world and their love overwhelms all, then it will be called 'Duniastan'. If someone does want to talk about turning the Punjab into 'Khalistan' they can take the example of Israel. They got their own country because they were being persecuted, and it became the holy land of their people. Is the world better off because of the existence of Israel? I think not. It has continued to create more and more conflicts. I believe this is because they take the name of God but don't serve others, the whole country only exists to serve "our people". The whole concept of having your own country is inherently selfish. Similarly we don't say 'Sikhi Da Bhala', we say 'Sarbat Da Bhala'. Is this not the true spirit behind what a true "Khalistan" world be like?

Hi Jagraj. I commend your work on promoting Sikhism. Due to Punjab being full of warfare, it has been difficult to spread the gift of Sikhism beyond Punjab, although Guru Nanak was successful in doing so in South India. I think more and more people should know about Sikhism, but our aim should never be to have a separate nation. Sikhism has never been about separation, but about encouraging a way of life which allows disciples to live in harmony, and also brings them closer to Waheguru and help our souls leave the cycle of reincarnation with good karma.

I find it dangerous that he feels the need to belittle another faith as being simply a 'culture'. His understanding of Hinduism is quite stunted and narrow. I also find it dangerous that he expressed the need to convert Hindus into Sikhs. I don't think Sikhism is based on the concept of supremacy or requires everyone to become a Sikh. In fact, the true definition of Sikh is someone who's a seeker of the truth and that comes in so many forms. He could have really nailed this question about Khalistan by denouncing such concepts and emphasising on the importance of unity and diversity which makes India what it is, but instead he just pushed the idea of supremacy.

With khalistani, It is mostly supported by governments which want to see the downfall of india rather than the upliftment of sikhs. Guys...I am a hindu and guess what...this man is correct!!! Hinduism is NOT a religion!! its a FACT!! Hinduism is a "CIVILIZATION" That is the reason I love hinduism. If some day hinduism turns into a religion, I will leave it. But ofcourse it will never happen. Sikhism/islam/chistianity/buddhism/jainism/jewism etc are all religions but not hinduism. United Nations have listed 46 civilizations (plz check it online) of this world...such as Greek, Mesopotamia, Egyptian, chinese, hinduism, persian etc.....out of which only 2 civilizations have survived till today...ie chinese civilization and hindu civilization. Rest other civilizations have been conquered or finished on their own. (ex:Egyptian civilization taken over by islam, Greek taken over by Christianity etc) Now, out of hindu civilization, 3 religions have emerged ie Sikhism, Jainism and Buddhism. These 3 are religions but Hinduism is the parent civilization. Indian supreme court also rejected Hinduism to be a religion and said that "Hinduism is a way of life" which ofcourse means civilization. Personally, I am a fan on Sikhism. It is the most balanced religion in the world and has the most fun loving people in it. Here in India I have loads of Sikh friends who are party people who laugh and make other's laugh. Such full of life people. Also, I visit Gurudwara with them pretty regularly...once every 4 days I guess. And yes..as far as taking over India is concerned...haven't you already? I mean from Bollywood to politics to punjabi songs to punjabi artists and comedians to punjabi ghazal singers to Sikh entrepreneurs...Sikhs are celebrated people all over India.
