Ever since i started playing Arknights, Kroos was my #1 favorite operator before anyone else (Courier, Meteor, April, etc). Since the early stages, the Cautus had carried me in difficult stages. And i also adore her JP voice and that legendary Kokodayo sound. Now that she got an alter, i have to build her up to E2 and M3 all of her skills to show my appreciation to her as a good operator and a waifu. She deserves it. Dr. Revs, signing off.

Little fun fact from me: I was getting Ceylon’s potentials from Record Restoration. To defeat the boss I used Kroos alter, La Pluma, and Corroserum. They pretty much shredded the boss in a few seconds lol. So yeah, I’d say she is worth it to build. ✌️

-She got her own niche -Kokodayo -Giving exu a run for her money for second best overall sniper after ash -Kokodayo -Free max pots, good in both general usage and capable on boss slaying if you dont have exu or ash -Kokodayo cant see any reason why not unless you have ash, Kokodayo

Ash is not even the best marksman sniper, it's Exu LOL. I have M6 both of them, Exu's ceiling is way higher than Ash to be honest. Stop exaggerating things, you makes me cringe.

Still don't understand people's obsession with Exia, yeah she got a nice burst but I find Blue Poison to be more useful as a generalist.....

She's my 3rd E2 (myrtle, surtr, kroos alter, and bagpipe), she's pretty good since my healer is ptilopsis. Problem is her skill 2 needs timing to fully utilize the extra damage.

The last minute of the video is legit true. And for integrated strategies, I'd rather take OG kroos as she costs no hope, does the same things just not as good, and thus saving your hope for 6star ops who should carry you

Well for Me, She is really valuable. since I only have Blue Poison ONLY in Marksmen archetype (in term of higher rarity). I don't have Exu, nor Ash, nor Archetto. Time to wait all reserved operators become alter too.

I got a lot of snipers on my roster, probably my 2nd favorite after Vanguard. One thing anyone forgot to mention is the material rebate for having kroos and kroos alter to e1 and e2 respectively. Not much, but it is a discount. Everyone probably also forgot if April has S1.

Legends say that Mama Kroos opens her eyes when you have W, Skalter, Angelina, Flag Boi, Ceylon’s simp, Ayerscape,Suzuran, Warfarin and Silver daddy all at E2 and activating their buffs and skills all at the same time while Mama kroos does her M3 S2.

She is a direct upgrade from Greythroat in all but base attack speed without using skills. Which for snipers is a pretty negligeble stat unless they have offensive skill point charge. She hits a lot more often, has a higher damage mod from her talent, and her skill 2 is auto-charged with a pretty low cost, making it possess a very good uptime. So if you have Greythroat, just build Kroos Aussie- I mean Alter.

For regular content Kroos alter probably lose to other traditional 5* sniper like BP and Platinum but for IS2 she far better

If anything,you should probably be comparing Kroos Alter with Greythroat as both Talent & kit are somewhat similar. _Definitely beginner friendly,but optional if you want it_

Like with a lot of events, Kroos is pretty good against the "Ware" versions of the Waregeists. She's such a boon against certain ones like the Peacock.

I already have a bunch of AA snipers at E2: Exusiai, Ash, Blue Poison, Platinum just to name a few, but I still just had to E2 Kroos alter. Her E2 art looks great and she is Kroos. What other reason do I even need? I haven't done her S2M3 yet but I'm definitely thinking about it but Ling has been living in the training room for the past few days for M6 so Kroos hasn't had a chance yet.

Ethan Ethan with s1 is your answer for this entire event. Not for the dps, but for his gimmick that cheese the own stage gimmick. E0 lv1 is enough as long as you not letting him tanking anything.

Ethan skill 1, blue poison, any AoE guard or La Pluma is good. if you or your friend have Ifrit is more recommended because the stage have Ifrit line. try to learn about operator taunt level because the enemy range unit will attack your latest deployed operator. The teapot deal AoE damage around its attack target, make sure that your last deployed operator (defender is more preferable) have at least 1 block away from others.

If you're looking for a sniper that can drop those pesky levitating enemies, cancel attacks, stealth and defeat hitcount-based enemies, Kroos Alter might be the unit for you.

Very rare to see FrostByte262 recommends only PROBABLY yes. Kroos has a massive problem with DP cost and being a 5 star. She has to compete with fkin Platinum and the likes for the 5 star Sniper slot and dont get me started with the 6 stars... Imho Sniper is one of the more overloaded class out there and the fact she isnt MUCH better than the normal Kroos... Straight up NO tbh not worth the time nor efforts.

She is a super cheap 5* and is fantastic for taking out large waves of drones. That drone map on IS for example she is better than Exu if you charge up her S2.
