I bought the same thing and some good old electrical tape wrapped around that small rod that you insert into the base did the trick to help stop the wobbling for me. So far so good 👍

Does the phone wobbles when you touch operate or type on it?. The lying on sofa idea is so cool but to control the phone its hard maybe try connecting a wireless mouse or there is some bluetooth handheld keyboard-mouse with touchpad for around 500inr, wonder if it really works well enough or wireless game controller.

It doesn't wobble too much. I'm planning to get a slightly bigger tablet for multimedia. A touchpad keyboard would be a good choice for it.🙂👍

1:32 you can use a transparent sheet to prevent scratches on the desk I use the same for my drafter

I need one for my phone but my desk does not have a lip which I can clamp this on is their a version of this which I can use with my desk?

Yes, the holder supports up to a 12 inch tablet. I suppose we can get a bigger holder for the same arm. It seems strong enough to hold it up.

Really? I still use it as a mic arm. Seems to be fine. But the bottom joint has worn out, yes. That's annoying.

The joint I'm referring to is the attachment of this arm to the top of the clamp fixed on the table edge. It uses some foam padding for a tight seal, which eventually gets torn and starts wobbling a bit. Not a big deal, though.

i had the flexible "gooseneck" one. It broke like after the 5th-6th time of use because the material used at the clamping area is some cheap/weak plastic and it simply cracked! the whole thing no longer works because it can't clamp onto anything after cracking! this one i feel is much better though a bit more expensive (which is worth it for me)
