mas okay magrent if you are not sure where to settle yet. mahirap matali in case you really need to relocate. hindi din madali magbenta ng property.

Yesss, dapat din talaga pasok sya sa long term plans mo since matagal na commitment sya. And if you plan to relocate later on (like what I’m doing in a few yrs), you should have a strategy for the property. Sa case ko, i would rent it out ❤️

mam baka meron po kau system or magagawa system budgeting like restaurant. halimbawa po nsa isang sheet na yung total ng inventory at need orderin ng stocks pero sa isa sheet andun po yung kinucosume per week sa bawat sheet andun per week na consume everyday pero sa pinaka data base or una sheet natototal doon ginamit nababawas automatic sa everyday na cosume then pwedi nrin ilagay sa isang shhet yung need orderin pra pag print mo po nung pinaka data makikita mga balance at need to order na item hope gets nyo po heheheheh salamat

Hi Ms. Thea may kinuha ako pre selling last 2019. Di na po ako nkbayad coz of pandemic and financial problem. Wag paniwala sa increase ng TCP. Artificial and on paper lang yan. Ultimately the value of the property is determined by how much buyers are willing to pay for it
