It is definitely good for touring, I have the black and Grey one for last two years. Except for the plastic quality of the fairing and hard gear shifter there are no big issues. It is not good for much off roading though as it has no low end torque.

Crash guards may be mei shayad na banwau.. Due to saddle stay on my bike, girne pe bhi bike ki body ko koi damage nahi hota !

Daily commute and touring ke liye dono bikes ko i will give the same marks.. Mileage dono ki same hai highways and city rides me, looks sbka apna apna preference hota hai but service and spare parts of Bajaj bikes are cheaper than KTM.. 😊

Change your engine oil,oil filter,air filter, lubricate your chain on regular basis.It will surely give you about 35-40kmpl

For cornering, a big no.. Its basically a off-road tyres. But still if you want to ride in cities, that is okay.. Won't trouble you at all..

I have RS200, 2018 model I agree with most of your points but vibration and engine sound change after 90KMPH. THE WORST PART GROUND CLEARANCE
