Ok perfect, it just wasn't clear if this change of status would be from B1/B2, for example, in my Brazilian passport, to E-2 in the Italian passport?

Hi, @@e2visaattorney Thank you for your response, I'm still not sure when and with which visa or ESTA the investment in the USA should be made? If there are chances of changing status within the USA or if it will be necessary to apply to the Consulate in Brazil. I have B1/B2 on my Brazilian passport. Regards, Daniel

@@e2visaattorney I’m a currently F1 student I have my F1 status. There’s a way I can apply to a E2 status? Then when I need to come back to my country, can I apply to the us embassy while my business is still working? Thanks
