I heard that keeping bearded dragons Bare bottom is bad for their joints. And substrate is a must.

That is something I've literally never heard.. and I would say over half the people who have beardies keep them on bare bottom or some kind paper or tile.

There should be stricter policies when persons want to purchase/rehome etc. Mandatory general BD educational classes ! Just my opinion
