i played through wildlands with some wild restrictions, hardest of all, was the sidearm only, and no fast travel that shit was tough. waiting on breakpoint installing, very excited. Saw a bit of walker through the oracle series in wildlands, excited to see some more

2 years ago I platinued the game on PS4 and thought it was over however I enjoyed the game from the beginning. Recently I heve installed the game again as I do not like most of the ' modern / nowadays ' games and really start to appreciate previous generation games. Now I love Breakpoint more than ever. I play the full Immersive mode which is exciting, no HUD, no mini-map, easy to get injury, just one weapon slot.. etc. It feels so realistic and really immersive. The game has now a lot of content even when you skip the multiplayer which is also fun but the story mode plus all the content that was added in recent years takes long months to complete. I just love to send my recon drone over the mission destination especially in the nighttime using the night-vision, mark the enemies and loot, then eliminate the enemies quaietly one by one with the help of my NPC Crew [ ' sync-shot ' ]. I always play in stealth mode, it's a great stealth mode game anyway. Play it every day. Love it. Wildlands was also cool. Those games feel old-school and I hope there is going to be another Ghost Recon game or another The Division which is the game of my life by the way.

Never really played any Clancy games before but yo, this game is dope. Only at it for two days so far but I’m hooked.

Definitely would recommend first person mod and spartan mod. Makes the game even better.

personally never played any shooter like this one, it feels amazing, also i finished all game but when im bored i still like to go and wipe out one or two bases in stealth mode. only thing i dont like is that you cant transfer yout account from pc to Ps5 other than that is totally worth.

You can clean up after yourself and stack bodies. You couldn't do that in wildlands even though Nomad would say, "Good shooting, let's clean up and move on." The first time I infiltrated Shark Base it was so cool. It was heart pumping. Maybe Shark Base was "piggy backed" off the Russian sub base in Future Soldier. Such a great quality mission last night for Schultz awesome details and a good script. But who cares. I'm just reaching out to say I'm very much enjoying this game in 2024 in Jesus name.

I had not played in about 3 years. Last week I saw there was a first person mod for it so I started playing it again. I am having a blast. I am not following any missions. Just moving around and seeing what I run into. Last night I made my way to the heavily guarded volcano. Tonight I will see what kind of trouble I can start there.

I just got it for free on PS+ and it is a good time for free im enjoying the tactical nature of it and taking my time and planning my approach as opposed to COD where its just shooting and moving as fast as you can

Breakpoint is definitely worth it's money. You can really play out your own special forces fantasy with this game, especially when you play on immersive mode.

I dropped over a hundred hours on it, between two characters when it first released. Straight no-life’d it. Beat the campaign, dabbled in mp a little, and then got bored with it, because at that time, they were only sprinkling in updates, and content drops. Not much to keep my attention at that time.. fast forward to couple of weeks, to a month ago, and I booted it up again, and wow, let me tell you, I was impressed with the amount of content I missed out on. It was almost overwhelming. So, of course, I’m no-life’ing it again haha 😂

I got breakpoint on Christmas and finished it in 2 days and as of rn im lvl 63, i haven't gotten to buy any dlc (and i do plan on getting all the dlc) but i have to say i have 1,078 hrs on wildlands and only 257 on breakpoint. I love the gameplay and mechanics of breakpoint but it rlly lacks missions, etc. its like auroa (hope i spelled that right) is rlly dead compared to wildlands (cant think of where the aoo is there, its been a while😂) but yea, i totally think breakpoint is worth it with all dlc but base game is pretty boring, wildlands story is much better

I’m about to buy one since I finished wildlans now and this helped a lot for me to decide if I should buy it or not.

Because the game was designed to be easily accessible and have RPG elements, it doesn’t translate into a tactical shooter in ways a genuine tactical shooter game would - even with the immersive settings on. It is a good entry into tactical shooting games though and it is fun.

Breakpoint has a lot of very good points, but Wildlands is a lot more enjoyable, I'm not sure if it is because wildlands is more colourful (scenery and dialogue) or whether breakpoint has fewer main characters and the ambient music sounds sad and an anti climax (after fast travel). Also Breakpoint has a terrible loading animation when using the bivouacs and you need to go through it EVERY time you want a vehicle... something that seems petty but after a few hundred or thousand times it starts to erode the fun of a game. The next GR game needs to be like Breakpoint but with the good points and fun from wildlands added.

Sucks that one day they will shut down the servers and then thats the end of it. Like they did for the Crew. I love BreakPoint but hate it's always online model. Thank goodness Wildlands is Offline and not slave to a server.

I recommend extreme mode no hud. Playing with full hud is just too easy. I recently finished every class challenge and was well worth the play time. Dont use gear score, instead disable that and use 1 weapon

maybe its better than it was release but theres still so much potential for something so much more. imagine if they started again with a 3rd game and actually cared and thought about what they were doing. this kind of game could be actually insane.

Just got it today on xbox series x Ultimate edition for 23.99 worth it love the game saved 100 dollars

Still every day on twitch in stream. Only missions in immersive, no hud, no "helpfull" signs etcetc. Not even the drone, nightview are in use. Doing e.g. Camp Tiger + hack the computer or clear campus or get a commander for a "friendly" conversation. Interesting thing is that every time you die (no auto healing and only medi pac no syringe) bring up different "settings" for the mission... some are harder... some are more easy. BUT every death make me bite my desk ;) Wildlands was good, Breakpoint fits better now in actual times ;)

I still love Breakpoint. I play No HUD, with about 100 mods on PC and its an awesome game. Playing it with all the cosmetic mods with the Spartan Overhaul is incredible.

Can someone explain how the UPlay thing works? I've been reading Steam comments on BP and people mention how Ubisoft will sometimes remove the game off your library, is there any truth to that/ fix to it?

Yes, finally a positive yet honest and detailed review of the updated version. It's like life, all about how you go about it and I love the freedom. Just coming off Far Cry 5 I find the mechanics just ever so slightly clunkier yet it is still very playable with so many options to try. I'm haveing a good time with it SP. Good job

Tactical shooters are by far my favorite type of game

Wildlands is generally better and has more replay value. The only issue i have with wildlands is coop is dead. However, overall wildlands is way more immersive over breakpoint. I love Bolivia. The difference in biomes is inviting and variety in enemies is welcoming. The dlc fallen ghosts is also a banger. Breakpoint is good but if it wasnt online i dont think id play it really.

The story is weak kinda all over the place but if anyone is contemplating go for it you’ll get your money’s worth 100% I played since release and it was fun then now its on steroids after all the updates I loved the constant fights and different approaches to missions, enemies are EVERYWHERE except the ocean and the roleplay ideas if youre creative are plentiful over 1200 hours for me I’ve done everything you can imagine

400 hours into wildlands 200 in breakpoint My opinion only ! Wildlands 10/10 Breakpoint 6/10 Motherland 9/10 Fallen ghosts 8/10 4 people I know personally have played call of duty 3 and gone back to wildlands I don’t know if this is a trend but I did too. I borrowed cod and completed it in 4.2 hours and gave it back then back to wildlands for some unknown reason I know wildlands and breakpoint is old and not so good in graphics as cod BUT I prefer wildlands hence why I put 400 hours into it. I think it’s because of the weapons wheel and commands that I’m hooked as Im in control not hold my hand do this do that of cod. Imagine if the new ghost recon had call of duty graphics great gameplay and the weapons wheel I’d be perfectly happy. Just my opinion. Wildlands is still a great game and story today. Good voice acting good music and immersion and unidad are relentless soldiers that are hard as hell 😊

My issue on the ps4 was how the frame rates were so does it still have frame rate issues on the ps5 or is it 120?

I played Wildlands for the first time in 2022 and loved it. When I finished the game I immediately got Breakpoint and hated it . Within an hour I shut it off and never went back feeling incredibly disappointed.

I hate it’s online only and won’t play during internet outages with storms around here 😅

Extremely underrated Game

i played through wildlands on extreme but tbh, i hated it.....i think it was literally too tactical for me and many times just frustrating. on the other hand, i love the division and seeing this regular mode in breakpoint seems to be right up my alley.

I played Division 2 for almost 3 years now. How is breakpoint? Is it more tactical?

Just 1 hour playing breakpoint, bought in steam promo, but already liked the scale of the world. In wildlands we have a bigger map, but the world scale is small, i mean, the builds, roads, cities, doesn't have a "real world" scale. In breakpoint the scale is more realist, a building appears as big they would be in real life. However, the graphics in wildlands looks better in general, there's a annoying blurriness in breakpoint, and I think illumination is worst than wildlands.

🤔🤔🤔i got back to break point after 1 year absence i never played coop because i love to immersive myself with the story witch you cant do with a friend but this story is so far dull 50%/50% but coming from stalker anomaly efp/escape from tarkov/ etc were theres linear story and highly customization,gameplay sandbox i dont care much for the story this game is fun but its the way you play it that makes this game good the way i play i never use helicopters i only drive and use fast travel if its to far and mostly with one ai teammate on my side with spacial abilities disabled 'tip' do not give them a shot gun or sniper so i play with fury she sticks by me run and gunning the other to either runs ahead alone and the other is always behind not my play style most the time obviously have to play immersive game mode but i do turn on the map and enable everything except were enemies so i have an idea were to go i only use it when i need it i would spend probably 1 hr on story mission that would take 10 min because its not about the destination but the journey you take and i love all the shenanigans that happens along the way👌👌👌im about to go play right now peace and if i see you in game dont be scared to say hi

I love this game! I Still play it everyday and theres endless fun things to do. It tanked because this generation didnt have the attention span to really understand how great this game is and that lead to ubi abandoning it.

I find myself coming back to this game every year and having a month or two long stint just grinding missions. Currently in that phase, and man this game is so fun when you remove the HUD. It’s genuinely a great game, sure the missions are a bit lazy but that’s okay. I have enemies on max difficulty and damn it’s so fun and makes a successful raid that much more rewarding. The customization is insanely good too. Gunplay is fuckin mint. Genuinely one of the best Mil Sims if you do it right.

I like how aggro isnt as bad as Wildlands but the missions in this game is designed so bad. Its hard to figure out wtf you should be doing sometimes especially when you start to do other missions and your like wait....is this even how the story goes? I hope the missions in the next game is way more fleshed out.
