The minute they don't respect comps with a decent % I just walk away, this ain't the 90's anymore..... we're all dealers/collectors/investors....online created an equal playing field.

@@hhrslots those sales are all you do "need" though if we're talking about investing etc..... anything else is just collecting pictures, there's no difference when it comes to price memory regardless a source.....90's was Beckett.....today it's the real world market that's ebay.

$2000 for $2667 in comps is a good price for the buyer. If you were selling $5-10 cards, I get 65-70% comps. So 75% comps for those cards is a pretty good deal for the buyer.

everything is only worth what someone is willing to pay so either sell it or sit on it for who know how long I don't get angry at prices as everyone has the option to just say no

Great video, love finding people who are on the same page and are super easy to work with. Definitely interested in the Jude! Wouldn’t be a bad first pick up for the soccer collection.

I would say no, because sold just 1 card and he said would pay 60% of ebay comps or even want the cards just for a steal. And of course there are some fair dealers out there, that will make you a very good price.

I'm one of them , I have fun selling to my local community , esp as word is getting around that I'm a fair dealer , and pretty easy to work with .

If you have PSA 10S or high dollar 9s, you should get even trades with dealers or walk away!!!

The one I'm using in the video is from BCW but I don't love that is has those ridges because thicker slabs don't fit. I'd recommend buying the one linked below, it's my favorite. Super lightweight and can fit any type of slab. ebay.us/NDE4ZJ

You’ll never get a good deal selling to dealers at shows. At best you’ll get a fair deal. At worst, they take you and your cards out back and kick your teeth in. Take your cards. And drop a jar of coins on your head before they walk.

Depends how you look at it. Would you call it a good deal If you sold a $200 card to a dealer for $150 and the next week it comps at $136 on Ebay? I'm not saying dealers are handing out free money or you should always sell to them, but there's a ton of situations where I think it makes sense

I've been around cards a long long time , and so few dealers esp at show's will give you any kind of adequate price .. What they prey on an live for is people desperate to sell something , then they low ball you as much as they can , and then flip it for as much more as they can squeeze the next person for .. As a dealer if you put fair prices on cards they move , higher prices they just get admired most of the time . .

they definitely have given access to data to people who don’t understand the data. i buy and sell Pokémon and tcgplayer in the hands of someone with a shoe box full of junk was an obstacle that took me months to learn how to maneuver in a negotiation
