Do you have problems with phone calls? I find the music sound to be perfect but phone call sound is extremely low, can hardly hear.

Hmm I didn’t have issues hearing people on calls but in heavy winds it was hard for people on the other end of calls to hear me.

Hi Jozef, both are great! I know the 230nc have better battery life and connection to the JBL App unlike the Live Pro+. But I enjoy the sound and size of the live pro+ better. So both have their pros and cons but I'd lean towards the Live Pro+ if they are the same price

how long is the overall lifespan of the earbuds? More than two years or do you have to rebuy reguraly?

Wish I could say for certain, I did not end up keeping these for long after this review. But maybe some one else who has them longer than me could chime in.

I know it's a bit late but I've had these for 2 years and they haven't broken once even after the many times I've dropped them and have kept a good charge for hours on end. I guess it really depends on the lengths you'll put these headphones through.

i now have some used ones that are about a year old and they mostly work. Sometimes the sound glitches (about ever 7 or so listening hours) but it could be just due to my abuse (heavy rain exposure, dropped many many times, used up battery till dead) Overall happy

you shouldn't need the app to connect. These aren't even compatible with the JBL app. These should just connect like any other earbud you connect in bluetooth settings.

sorry for just getting back to your comments. But like I said on the other two, the Live Pro+ is what I would go for! thanks for reminding me that they have app connectivity too!

Just bought a pair and IT IS THE WORST PAIRING EXPERIENCE EVER! Still not successfully paired and am ready to rubbish them and right off the expense. I wont touch JBL again - ever!

@@ardentlytech Audio products are non returnable once opened. Can only be exchanged for another pair of the same. I don’t want JBL anywhere near me again. Purchased JLAB’s Epic Air Sport ANC today and they paired and connected on the very first attempt. The controls are easy and the sound quality is superb. The active noise cancelling works amazingly well. Highly recommended!
