Hi, I work in a hospital and colloidal silver is often used by our SWOT ( specialists in skin and wound and ostomy care) team to assist in the healing of wounds, burns and skin infections. I would be lying if I said I remembered the exact percentages but I do remember it wasn't a large amount.

Colloidal Silver is very good for burns & wounds. We have used it in veterinary medicine for a long time. It fits with a calming / healing product. This looks like a very interesting product! Thanks so much! Your hard work is always appreciated! Many blessings!💖💖💖

Great review...Thankfully I'm not tempted since my skin is dry/blemish free. BUT the Spring Ahead Vana box on Stylevana is too good to resist....great stuff. Do I need it?...not now..but I will!

Hahaha I can never seem to use a pea size amount of product too 😂 I always use more. Thank you as always providing informative information! I’ve been wanting to try this product but I’m on the fence because I do have acne but I’m also dry and dehydrated too. I’m concerned that it might further dry me out.

I’ve used a half of tube and I can’t see any results unfortunately. Can’t use in the morning because it’s peeling so much! Im not a huge makeup wearer, but I need my sunscreen to stay on. Great informative review as always anyway

PSA has a buy one get one free sale. What do you recommend picking up? I have fairly normal skin and my concerns are aging (im 42) and melasma.

Hi Sarah this isn't aimed at my super dry skin, but I think it's interesting for oily/acne prone skin. I'm not a fan of gold or silver in skincare, but in a tiny amount it might be ok. best wishes.

I was looking at trying this, but was concerned about the silver. I read conflicting information on silver in skincare, some saying it’s good wound healing and anti acne, and some saying it’s toxic and is dangerous to use long term. Do you have any thoughts on it?

I love Dr. Dray but if you read the comment section, no one actually agrees with her! Personally, I’ve been applying the gel topically for my acne breakouts and it helps tremendously! Also cleared up a mysterious rash when nothing else worked!

@@juhnetmickerdy Thanks so much for replying. It's really great to hear anecdotal feedback. What I would really love is for someone to do a breakdown on whether or not applying the small amount of silver found in the cream daily or even twice daily would accumulate in your organs like she claims. I'm less worried about the skin color changing because I do feel like it is a very low dosage, but I'm curious what the long-term use side effects could be. Anyways, thank you so much for sharing your experience its really helpful for me.

Azelaic acid question. I've read that the Azelaic gel 15% is much better at working than the 20% cream. The Finacea Gel for me is $60. I can get the 20% cream for $11. Have you ever tried the 20%?? Am wondering if I should shell out the big bucks for the Finacea or try the 20% at $11. Any advice?...or anyone out there who has tried the 20%

I think it probably depends on your skin type. If your skin tends to be oily I'd probably recommend going with the gel version. If you're dry I'd probably go with the cream. Both are wonderful. Have you used AA before?

@@NOBSBeauty No never used azelaic acid, but have used prescription retinol and vit. c for years. I just ordered Hydroquinone 4%...and as for the Azelaic acid, It's just the cost. I'd get the gel but it's $60 to the $11 for the 20% Cream. Dr. Shereen Idriss says the Gel is so superior to the 20%, it's all in the formulation. Just don't want to bother with the 20% cream if it's not going to do anything...

Wow what a mouth full what is up with brands and these crazy long names with their products, do they think it's more appealing in they give a product a sentence name instead of a word or two 🤣 That silver one sounds interesting. A hazelnut amount 🤣I have never even heard someone use that as an amount usually it's a quarter nickel dime and a pea size ..lol a hazelnut that's interesting I guess I need to look up how large that is cause I don't recall because I have never eaten one.

They do it so when people use search engines to find products there's a higher chance that the long name with tons of buzzwords will match someones search.

A hazelnut amount 😂 it's that joke, Americans will use anything but metric 🤣 I don't even vaguely know how big a hazelnut is, I don't know why they'd use a less popular nut for a size reference lol.

@@neen42 where do you find them? Health food stores? I really don't think I've ever seen them, I'm more of a walnut person I guess. I googled them and they look like the bottom part of an acorn lol but I'm just comparing them to another nut. I suppose they're about the same size though. Edit to ask how you eat them, if you don't mind me asking. I'm really only familiar with Nutella lol.

@@gwendolinehall1386 usually the bulk bins at my local grocery store, but yeah, heath food stores have them too. Not cheap though - i rarely buy any since they are about $15/lb. Walnuts are pretty much the winner for cost and health benefits - i always have some in my pantry!
