The Pendulum Shoulder Incline is two excellent & unique machines in one. It is a space saver. Not only is it a tremendous shoulder and chest developer but there is no better rehabilitative tool. The Shoulder Incline is completely unique to the industry and makes overhead pressing possible to many who would otherwise not be able to perform this movement. This machine adjusts to the lifter's body type and his or her preferred range of motion.

No. Passed. My friend sold his. He got a good amount of money for it. You can check out my other youtube channel, Fancy Shoes Vlogs... I want to start doing workout videos and show off my home gym and how I find stuff for cheap

Anyone know how the hand position feels when doing the incline chest press? Straight hands appear to be awkward. I am comparing to my experience with hammer strength incline press.

My gym has a lot of coveted equipment and this is one of the pieces. I feel ungrateful saying this but I personally didn’t like it, it’s not total shit, I just wasn’t impressed like I was with their other pieces. You’re correct about the arms straight feeling awkward. The full contractile range of the pec requires some degree of convergence. The polar opposite chest machine imho is the Arsenal strength incline fly machine, god must’ve made that one.
