@@subho008 yes it's working fine. But i have bought lifelong handheld massager so compared to that the experience was less satisfying because handheld massager is more powerful than shoulder massager.

@@subho008 Actually the thing is first i bought handheld and that works very good for head massages or basically wherever your hand can reach it works good. But it becomes lil uncomfortable if you want massage for back , neck etc so that's why i went for shoulder massager for my parent's back issue. But as i said in terms of power it comparatively feels less powerful. Check your need you require for head massages or back massages. If head massage then lifelong handheld massager is good tried n tested only issue it makes lot of noise. And if you want for shoulder then i think both lifelong and dr physio shoulder massager are almost same, it is a good buy not bad(bt relatively less used in my house) and that's somethinng best available at this price. I purchased dr. Physio.
