I dont follow anyone in anything in any field of my life.. it's always been self learning from a lot of sources.. but this man here Mr Yatinder Singh I respect and love him for how he teaches basic nuances of life along with body building.. Love you sir you make evrything so simple and like an elder brother it feels like you are there right beside me n not in the video. ❣️

Bhai time ka masla nahi hai, aap jo proper knowledge dete ho wahi chahiye, aap ki ek ek baat worth hai, koi time waste nahi. 40 mins aapki video dekhne me lagra he hai to kuch waste nahi bahot kuch seekhne ko milta hai. Mera comment Acha laga laga to like karna bhai. Thanks

A free advice ... Don't make Pre-workout a regular habit ..only take when you are too exhausted or planning for heavy workout ...

Sir while doing exercises plzz mention which part of muscle u r training, like in this video rear delts, front delts or medial delts , then it would be more easy for us to focus on that particular muscle part.

YATINDER SINGH JI, After performing each single set of your 6 pack exercises from Legals Race to Planck(previous video), do I need to take any rest between moving to the next set? Or do I need to start the next exercise with rest after performing three sets of each exercise? Please suggest. And how many days in a week do I have to perform this exercise package?
