Agreed Enrique. Victor has helped out a lot. I love how he emphasizes proper form as opposed to making the video about himself. This guy is very considerate and thoughtful of others. Truly a nice guy.

Often at the gym, people try to opine about an exercise and how it should be this way or that way - but I stick to your routine and I feel very confident with my gains and physique development. VICTOR, HI MY NAME IS MICHAEL AND I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE RIGHT EXERCISE PROGRAM AND I WANTED TO KNOW THAT HOW U START OUT IN THE GYM WORKOUTS WHERE U START OUT VERY SMALL WEIGHT TRAINING AS U WERE VERY SKINNY GUY OR U WERE LITTLE THICK AS I SAY THAT SO WHEN U START OUT OF GYM DID THEY PUT U ON A HEALTHY DIET OR DID U GO ON YOUR OWN DIET. ANYWAY... HOW MUCH DID U WEIGHT WHEN U START OUT OF AND HOW MUCH U DID U SHEDDING YOUR WEIGHT WHEN U WERE IN THE GYM. SO I WISH U ALL BEST IN THE WORLD AND YOUR DREAMS AND YOUR FUTURE TOO

man he is so right about those behind the shoulder raises, they feel so unnatural and you def feel so much stress if you do them, always thought they were a bad exercise

Just because you’re a wimp doesn’t make it a bad exercise it’s a great compound exercise especially for side delts

GripeDaSnipe egm studies show posterior activation is negligable. The shoulder press wont creat hypertrophy for your post delts.

I don´t see any reason why Victor should not be able to win the Mr.O ? He has the mass when he is one and altså the shape and symatri. You may bass me now, but a Victor in top shape beats Phil and Shawn any day
