After breaking my AMES trifold digging river cane shoots I swore off that style. I mainly use my CS shovel now. I picked up a 1944 USGI e-tool for super cheep but I won't be hacking with it. Great video. I'll be looking into the titanium mpl-50 soon.

Alan - at 2:55 you said the Glock was your favorite and at the end you were favoring the Gerber. Did you testing change your mind and put the Gerber as your #1? What's your favorite - only have 1 - e-tool? I was leaning towards the Gerber until I came across the Glock with the saw blade. I'm torn between Gerber + silky folding saw (more $$ but best shovel and best saw but more crap to carry) or Glock (less $ and probably good enough). Interested in your final opinion

Don't see the o school e tool or the trifold e tool that we had as standard issue when I was in the military but the Gerber is close

So I watch your mini series on survival dispatch channel. In the second channel you walked the deer path and talked about if you have to you can shoot a deer with your edc pistol. My question is and I thought about this alot will a 9mm do the job if needs be for killing a deer. I thought than about 40 45 and 357 sig what are your thoughts

A well placed shot from a 9mm at 10 yards will without question kill a deer. Thanks so much for watching!

You guys think Jason used to be a Navy SEAL or something? 😂 I am curious as to what exactly he did for the navy. That guy knows something about just about everything. Don’t tell my dad but he would be a cool dad.

Haha! Thanks! I was a human performance specialist for Naval Special Warfare. I trained the west coast SEAL teams in strength and conditioning principals and techniques. We did lots of physical testing and designed training programs and facilities for all of the operators stationed in San Diego. Thanks so much for watching!!!

@@PW-dw7vf On 3 is my personal channel. I am the primary content provider for SD which is owned by Big Daddy Unlimmited. I’ll put a video out on this channel every now and then but mostly it has already been on SD for a few weeks first. Look back at my older videos. Lots of cool stuff that can only be seen here.
