Hi! I’ve just found your channel, it’s been so helpful!! I have a small business for this Christmas and have made a Google form for customers to fill in that translates to a Google sheet. I want to be able to see easily when they will be back to pick up their order (I offer standard 3hr pickup and express 1hr pick up) I want the sheet to take note of the time stamp that the Google form was filled in, add 3hr or 1hr (depending on what was chosen on the form) and show up in either green, yellow or red depending on how long it is until they come back for their order… I can’t seem to find a way to do this, do some of your videos explain aspects of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Yeah, I need to do that! I've been hesitant so far because it likes to give such crazy answers. But, I know it can be very helpful if you don't need much accuracy.

Is there an easy way to represent the rank as “1st 2nd 3rd etc” instead of just “1 2 3 etc”? I know how to do it with an IF statement and another row but was wondering if there is something cleaner

Create a table that maps 1 to 1st, 2 to 2nd, etc. then use XLOOKUP to access the values.

How to fix the repeated rankings? On your sheet, there is two 1st places and two 3rd places, but no 2nd places.

You have to use a different display_ties mode. See here: sheetshelp.com/sortn/
