To the people who has constant migraine as much as i do,, here's a tip to relief it without having to take painkillers: Dip your feets in hot water (not to hot to boil you duh). The blood from your feets will start to circulate to your head. Having headaches and migraines are causes from stress and unbalanced bloodflow. Thats why sometimes dipping your feets in hot springs helps a lot.

I am so happy I have found this playlist and me being happy is extremely rare whomever is behind this blessings and love to you although this is what I yearn for im lost and im in my 40s im conflicted as well even though this gives me great comfort it ends there as I know this will never be my reality because what we want and reality is too different things . I had a deep sleep listening to the playlist and woke up feeling a bit more in my body (dissociation) and less anxiety than I usually have

Whispering when necessary coupled with another fantastic head message would be so heavenly 😌 Peppering in some of those cute internal monologues that you do so well would also be another fantastic touch. I was wondering if you had written any books? I had a dream yesterday and in my dream I was in a bookstore. I remember I was sneakily buying some books without my mom noticing and while searching for new books I saw the most LOVELIEST and AWESOMEST book on the entire PLANET!! I saw the cover and it was a book written by you! It even had your channel's name on it! All the letters correct! And it was signed by you too! It was the last book left there.. So I grabbed it super fast! I remember I saw some of pages inside and tbh it looked soo much fun! It had GORGEOUS glossy pages too! It was a type of calming and relaxing self help sorta book! I remember I saw a page where you described people as cupcake flavors and there were these cute cupcakes drawn on the page too! There was also a page where you talked about physical health and how you urged your readers to take care of themselves.. There was also a page where you talked about different types of motorcycles and gadgets you find cool! There was a page where you predicted what would happen in the future in about 10-15 years.. I don't remember much rn but those are some of the pages that are stuck in my mind! I remember waking up soo sad and devastated.. Because the book I was holding in my hand was gone... But it's okay tho! I always have your videos I could re-watch anytime I want (thank you thank you thank you for always posting them and making my day, you have no idea how much these help me) your videos are like a book too tho so I guess I'm not super sad! I recently went to back to Vietnam for lunar new year (happy early lunar new year to anyone that celebrates btw!) and I am not use to the time change at all, like I thought you were posting yesterday LMAO😭 anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for making these audios. I downloaded some q&as and some patreon audios to listen to on the flight (very risky move, but it’s fine, made sure it didn’t leak through my headphones🥸) I also got a little homesick so I tried listening to one of your audios, but it made it worse, whoops 🤡 omg I also had a layover in Taiwan and I didn’t realise my layover was in there until it hit me that I was in Taiwan and I went “yooo wait a second…” idk, felt a little tired and silly I guess. Also I am NOT built for the heat, a little too use to the Canadian winters😕 also also, it’s like around the five year mark of when I first found your account (on a different KZfaq account, the amount of passwords I’ve forgotten is honestly insane) and I still get the same feeling of excitement whenever you post.
