I like what he said that he doesn't like to think that there are bad shows "Because people work too hard on them to be bad"-that's kind of my philosophy about any show movie or TV show

I have even more love for this man after this interview. I loove what he said about his time in Wicked. It feels like things like that are often seen as too taboo to admit and you're just supposed to love your job and act like it has no faults. This was refreshing!

I swear to you all right now if I ever achieve my dream of Broadway i will NEVER go through the motions. Especially in WICKED, my all time favourite musical. I would be a bush, and I would perform every minute I had and I would love it!!!!!!!!!! Ps I know there are no people bushes in WICKED it's just an analogy!
