Hey, just wondered as someone who’s actually there at the mo. The stories I’m seeing on Facebook groups are painting a pretty bleak picture. I’m arriving in Melbourne in June on a WHV and starting to worry. Mainly because I don’t want to have to book months of accommodation in advance but people are saying the housing/rental crisis is bad and having a knock on effect on hotels/hostels etc. also people are saying it’s quite difficult to get work at the mo?
