Super interesting. You obviously got a lot out of this lesson. I'd be interested to hear about the horses there. What sort of turn over do they have, types, ages etc.

I have a suggestion. When it comes to habits you want to stop, don't concentrate on thinking that 'I need to stop this'. For example, instead of thinking 'oh I need to stop moving my shoulder back', maybe think 'I need to move my should forward so that my shoulders are even'? So basically, instead of thinking about the 'don't', think about the 'do'.

You did so well! You should be proud of yourself; I know how hard it is going back to lessons. I've ridden for 20 years but I had a break after having my kids and when i started having lessons again I felt like I'd never cantered in my life! Tallulah looks a lovely little horse too. Xx
