Lesson was of 25 minutes but it took me exactly an hour to understand each and every word... Because I repeated so many lines twice and it is true that original Geeta is not an easy task to understand... It takes very much open mind and our divine love and focus to understand... Thank you sir

@@manojjana8860 वैसे तो सद्गुरु जी ने बताए हैं कि कुल 114 चक्र होते हैं l 112 चक्र शरीर के अंदर और 2 चक्र शरीर के बाहर होते हैं l लेकिन मैं जो 7 चक्र बोला ये मेन चक्र हैं (कुण्डलिनी जागरण) इन्ही चक्रों से होती है, ये भी इन्ही में से हैं और इन्ही के जरिए पूरे 114 चक्रों तक पहुंचा जा सकता है l धन्यवाद 🙏
