15 Village ladies cooking today farm fresh spinach with shrimp & traditional bori.
Ladies first collected spinach from farm and then they cutting the spinach.
They also frying shrimp and bori.
Then they boiled all the spinach and then added lots of spice masala with it.
Then they added shrimp and bori with boiled spinach.
Ladies also cook 60 KG rice to serve with spinach mashed.
This spinach called in village "Palon Shak" and this curry called "Ghonto".
After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people.

Нравится что у них одинаковые порции, что детям что взрослым. Не обделяют никого. И порции достаточно большие. На целый день хватит кушать. Здоровья и счастья вам🥰Делаете очень доброе дело молодцы!!!

Это и есть еда на целый день . Утром они завтракают легко ' лепёшка чайом или ладу с чаем . Затем вот это еда основная в обед ' это и ужин то что остаётся . Затем вечером там не большой перекус фрукты ' кокосовое молоко итд. ☺️
