How To make Shrimp Egg Foo Young.
Ingredients:
1/2 lbs of medium size shrimps.
4 eggs, green onions,bean sprouts, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 tspoon of soy sauce , 1 tspoon of oyster sauce, cooking oil, chicken stock powder, water

I love egg foo young but my local Chine restaurant only cooks it on Saturday because they are short of help. Now I can cook my own and I love the gravy that they never give you enough. Thank you for the recipe and instructions.

I am losing my mind! I LOVE shrimp egg foo young and have for more than 50 years. Used to make it in college (1976) when it came in a box and all I had to do was add eggs. This I can do, not so many ingredients and no MSG (of course it's in the chicken stock powder, and I'm sure in the soy and oyster sauce but I'm sure I can find substitutes (migraines). Thanks sooo much for this video👍🏼

How is that a gravy? The dragon gravy makes the dish. You make the gravy with stock...not water and a rue not cornstarch and water.... because shrimp cooks so quickly why would you cook it before adding it to the egg mixture? Is this a super quick recipe?

Yes I agree. He does mention some of the ingredients in his description however, when do you add what? So what are the extra ingredients added to the shrimp, bean sprout, egg mixture and what are the extra ingredients added to the gravy/sauce mixture? It's a bit confusing... Can you please share those ingredients?
