My oldest son is autistic and a very very picky eater. As he moved into young adulthood he seemed to get more picky and difficult to cook for. He found Cowboy Kent on KZfaq and loves his videos. I am a father of 5 and with all the stuff these wonderful kids need, my boot purchase has been placed in the back burner. I am so happy that I found Kent Rollins. I really love his cooking show. The food he makes is real home cooking. As for the Ariat boots, nothing would give me pleasure as to walk into Nashville, TN with a pair of Ariat boots on my feet. The only pair of boots that I have I purchased in Nashville about 3 years ago and only wore them twice. They did not fit right the week after getting them.

This old vet could use a pair of boots for when I have to see my oncologist who is literally a 3 1/2 to 4 hours (one-way) trip from my home. It would help with the swelling in my legs and be more comfortable (and stylish) than the dreaded compression socks I currently have to wear. Thank you!

A few weeks ago I told my daughter about your tuna melt sandwich and how you put a hint of horseradish sauce in it. Last night she called me so excited because she had put a little bit of horseradish sauce in her regular tuna sandwich and was raving about how great it was! If youre doing this in the kitchen, pull the shrimp out the oil after just a couple minutes, set em aside amd crank the heat up to 375 - 400. Then double fry your shrimp. Thisll put a really nice crunch on the crust and make the inside super tender

I mad this shrimp the other night and its the best I’ve ever made and maybe the best I’ve eaten. I didn’t make the slaw or sauce. I might try it 50/50 on the flour and cornmeal next time. Thanks for the recipe Kent. I will definitely make it again.
