In today's session, we will talk about design choices for selecting the best style of design for when you want to make a design smaller. We will also share some tips on making a design more "small size friendly". Remember that the test sew will be your best teacher!

The first tip is invaluable. I have been working with software since 1997 and always ha had to go into the design and “fix” those spots. THANK YOU FOR THIS!

I really enjoyed this video… It was very informational and I was trying to figure out how to size my embroidery, but my control would not work, so thank you for letting me know. I needed to use the command button.!

Lisa, Thanks for this. Question: I've noticed that some designs I tried to resize did not change stitch count, and I did not hold the command key. I wasn't sure why. If I purchase a design from someone, does that make a difference if they've made it in a different program? Where is the best place(s) to get designs that are Embrilliance friendly for resizing and such?

Not sure as I've not seen that happen before. Might be a setting you have made in your software in the sizing preferences. The best place to ask is customer support on the website. www.Embrilliance.com/contact-us

I recently installed Essentials on my Mac. I am moving from TruE 3 and things look a bit different. So far I am missing the 100% view tab I had in my old software. I am sure there is a way to do it with essentials but haven't found it yet. I am having trouble adjusting the zoom slider. The little tab is close to the bottom when I open designs. When I watch your videos, your slider tab is more toward the center of the range. How do I adjust that? Thank you for all your videos. I have leaned on them a lot lately. : }
