Thank you, Ms CHen for a lovely barre to keep this 'older' dancer/teacher in shape!!!! I love the progression which so helped my hips and palcement . May I use some of these exercises with my younger students, who are beginning to understand the importance of the supporting leg? Thak you, again and enjoy the weekend🥰

Hello! You can totally use some of these exercises for your younger students. Just make sure they holds positions firmly and well. If it looks like it's a little bit too much/too hard for them, you can simplify the movements/combination. Have a great time working with your students! ❤
