Absolutely the coolest style of dancing. Wife and I took some Latin dance classes and had fun with it, but nothing compares to shuffle dancing. So agile, so vibrant and so amazing from the sidelines. Truly wish I learned that when I was younger. I just turned 57 and tried to learn a bit of it last year, but should have done it about 30 plus years back. Bravo to all the dancers for amazing movements and performance.

I’m over 60 and learning a little bit from KZfaq, you can do it! Maybe just learn a few basic steps and practice, dance along, dance your heart out 😊. Go for it, it’s never too late if you can walk. Take it slow and easy, you might surprise yourself 😅

зря сдаешься ....ты в армии служил ? мне 44 ...в спортзал вернулся пол года назад 6 раз в неделю, ни разу не пропустил... у меня 2 гепатита ( было 1 остался) и цирроз и я за 100кг вешу , жру салаты и рыбу , ни капли в рот ни сантиметра в попу как говориться. чувствую как лям баксов. никогда не сдавайся. хочешь научиться, дерзай, купи суппорт на колени и вперёд. соленья не ешь только , а то воду будет держать. тебе наоборот двигаться надо , вода не нужна . ты индивидуально можешь движения подобрать, чтоб на коленку меньше нагрузки было....яе ты себя со счетов списал в 40 лет.....теперь до 80 будешь " бУбу пЕцать"? никогда не сдавайся, ты же русский, а русские сам знаешь, не сдаються 😉

А мне 33. Сам хочу так научиться, но у меня на одном колене надрыв крестообразной связки. Коварная проблема. Консервативно такое не лечится, или восстанавливать за огромные бабки или тупо ждать ещё 3-5 лет и всё равно на операцию ...блин ...

Раз десять, наверное, посмотрел. Подряд. И всё равно не насытился. Всё выглядит завораживающе и чарующе. И бешеная динамика. И изумительная пластика. И идеальная синхронность. Короче... Если пользоваться тем "великим и могучим", который изучается в средней школе, но не на уроках, а исключительно в коридорах на переменах или на улице, то все мои чувства можно было бы выразить одним словом - охуительно.

@*WHITE * CAT* Вы совершенно правы, без синхронизации с треком клип не получится. Однако, если и есть увеличение скорости на некоторых отрезках, то очень незначительное(на 1 или 2 BPM). В основном танцоров приходилось "сдерживать". Так что в оценке возможностей Вы немножко не правы 😉🙂

Superb! I love this and watch it every couple of months or so just to make me feel good. A year ago I thought that I should really have a go at this, after all I've been dancing regularly for the last ten years (quieter stuff!). Ah, well. I can now do some moves at quarter speed but a rythmic, in-time set is well beyond my 70 year-old body. In my head though ------ I'm there with you guys, just give me another couple of months to get ---- this ----- bit ----right. It's OK, I'll be fine when I get out of traction!

You can still do it. There are people in their late 60's still shuffling. In fact there are kids as young as 3 up to adults as youngs as 63. :D Shuffling is a really good way to get fit. Start slow and build up. You'll get there! ;)
