I was 14 when a discover a album, 1971, in the room of my older brother, and it was " Here comme Shuggie Otis. For me, it's his best album. So good that the Rolling Stone wanted to engage Shuggie in their group. This album is the greatest album of blues of all time. I dont know what was inside is head at this time, but it was absolulty incredible. Each note, or almost, was divine. And his dexterity was incredible. Oxford Gray was probably the most special, specially on the slide guitar. I'm a guitar player myself. Thanks to Shuggie. He give me the most underfull years of my life for music. If you can read this, Thanks Shuggie. Sorry for my English, i usually write in french.

I think that's just one of the most beautiful guitar solos in the history of music.

tried to learn this solo. It's so stupidly impossible to play I wanted to blow my brains out. Absolutely majestic

I know that's his song originally but the Brothers Johnson put the funk on it.

Man what a great song, i recall this album so well only problem now is that Shuggie has lost his voice, the vocals were awful, but he is still a great musician !!

It to be mean but his could sound a little better.

Shuggie is still in his prime, whoever is backing him is god awful. The band is extremely way too busy.
