Gelegen in het oostelijke deel van de Dongfanghong-straat, in het Gaoling-district, grenst het waterlandschapspark aan de Beijing-Kunming Expressway in het oosten, het stedelijk gebied in het westen, de Qinling Mountens in het zuiden en de Zhaohui-toren in het zicht. Het park ligt op het zuiden met een totale oppervlakte van 51.700 vierkante meter. Het is een open park met geïntegreerde ecologische verbetering, stedelijke verfraaiing, bezienswaardigheden, recreatie, rampenpreventie en risicovermijding en andere functies. Het werd voltooid en geopend op 1 mei 2005.
De algehele landschapsontwerpstijl is gebaseerd op integratie van oude gebouwen in de Tang-stijl en moderne tuinen. Er zijn paviljoens, platforms, pleinen, struikgewas, rotstuinen, enz. Het prachtige landschap van het hele park ontvouwt zich met zingende vogels en geurige bloemen, waardoor mensen ontspannen en gelukkig worden tijdens het amusement.

Located in the east section of Dongfanghong street, Gaoling district, the waterscape park is adjacent to the Beijing-Kunming Expressway in the east, the urban area in the west, the Qinling Mountens in the south and the Zhaohui Tower in the close view. The park is south facing with a total area of 51.700 square meter. It is an open park integrated ecological improvement, urban beautification, sightseeing, recreation, disaster prevention and risk avoidance and other functions. It was completed and opened on may 1, 2005.
The overall landscape design style is based on the integration of Tang style ancient buildings and modern gardens. There are pavilions, platforms, squares, thickets, rockeries, etc. The beautiful scenery of the whole park unfolds with birds singing and flowers fragrant, which makes people relaxed and happy during the amusement.
