क्या रजिस्टर द्वारा वोल्टेज कम कर सकते हैं बिना वोल्टेजडिवाइडर बनाए Pcb में अलग अलग जगह पे रजिस्टर किस लिए लगाया जाता है क्या इससे वोल्टेज में कोई परिवर्तन होता है
