Got a spike/demo/recombination roll. It gets about half my nade energy between the origin trait and demo every 2-3 enemies killed in a group shot. At 10x recombo, it CHUNKS yellow bars. On a sunbracers lock, the synergy is fantastic.

I got one with quick launch, spike nades, overflow and harmony. So thinking of down the line when we can enhance the perks in final shape, I’d be able to get 3 in the mag with enhanced overflow, proc harmony on a kill, and unload 3 shots of 20% increased damage in a row. Seems pretty good to me!

I’m really enjoying running Mountain Top again… especially with Frenzy for the extra damage and reload speed. It pushes out shots quick! . Best part is our other gear is so good.. it doesn’t blow everything else out of the water like it used to… so I doubt we will be seeing a nerd anytime soon.

I got a linear compensator, impulse amplifier, vorpal, velocity masterwork roll. It seemed like obnoxious projectile velocity but not sure if those even stack beyond 100 anyway.

Implosion rounds are better than spike. Blast and impact are split, so lowering mountain tops blast to 85/90 will match/beat it. Hard launch & Implosion is 85 blast/100 impact. Hard launch spike might beat it with 95 blast but i have not tested that roll. But any 100 blast mountain top with spike will get beat with implosion droping it to 90.

Are implosion rounds bad in this ? My best roll doesn’t have spikes only implosions. Just got back to the game ad I’m farming lunas howl because I need an energy 140 after the 120 nerf

I tested the auto loading recombination roll in just a hero nightfall this boy chunks I’ve hit 100k+ damage per shot on champs fair there’s been a debuff on them but still it’s insane how good it is.

Bungie has gone through a lot of changes over the years with this game. I question some of management's decisions in game play. The grind for certain guns or armor and being at a certain power level has been unfavorable for a lot of players. The player count has significantly dropped. Now under new Sony management, I would think they have mandated to get the numbers up or else. That's how big, huge corporations work. If you ain't bringing in revenue, then you are not needed. So for us players right now, it's a win. Go enjoy!!!

I’m think you want harmony as you’ll always have extra damage as you’ll always be killing things with other weapons. Then either auto loading or assassin and you’ll be laughing.

No it still drops but your attunement drastically effects other weapons from dropping. Wish attunement just gave 100% over this rng setup for how tedious onslaught is.

Yes, they are elemental kills. Elemental final blows come from weapons and all abilities/grenades.

It really depends on blast radius, lower blast radius = higher dmg, I'm pretty sure spike helps damage more the less blast radius you have so having hard launch with spike grenades is probably better.

They nerfed spike grendades on special weapons as well. It’s only 12.12% more impact resulting in barely under a 3% more damage so spike is not needed anymore.

This gun is Even more broken. Combine the perks with either overflow or lead from gold, you can expect bungie to nerf this. Last column doesn't matter as long as you have the 3rd column the 2 perks.

I never got it the first time. I was a recluse fanatic though. So i finally said screw it ill try it. DOG WATER! Im genuinely confused why anyone would use it? I tried it in the grasp of avarice regular dungeon and it wasnt even killing majors. Hell it doesnt even kill dregs unless its a direct hit. The only thing ill use it for is to get really high on the mountain top..
